When do I know that my booking is complete?
You will be notify by email when your booking has been confirmed.
I made a mistake with my phone number or email address during the booking, what can I do?

What is the minimum driver age?
The driver must be at least 25‐year old and hold a driver’s license issued at least one (1) years before the date of booking.
What if I have an international Driver’s license?
You will need a driving license valid in the EU. Please send an email at insantotruezero@gmail.com in case of any doubt.
Can I add a second driver after I have picked up the car?
Yes. Please contact us at email insantotruezero@gmail.com
Can I rent a Insanto car at one location and return it to another?
Yes, under certain circumstances. Please contact Insanto.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all common credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). Prepaid cards are not accepted.
How do I retrieve my receipt from a past rental? How do I get an invoice?
You will automatically receive an invoice via email a couple of days after your rental ends.
How long after I returned the car will the car be inspected by an agent
The car is usually checked within the next two business hours (this could be more during weekends or at night).
Is insurance included in the price plan?
Yes, it is. There is an excess than can be further reduced for a small per day fee should you wish to do so.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel a booking at any time. The refund is subject to the following conditions:
i. Booking cancellation prior to the seven (7) days’ period preceding the beginning of the rental: Full refund excluding administration fees of twenty percent (20%).
ii. Booking cancellation during the period comprised within the seventh day the day preceding the beginning of the rental, excluding the last day: 15% refund per day.
iii. Booking cancellation less than 24 hours before the beginning of the rental: No refund.
